T1 International: Meet in the public arrivals hall after leaving the restricted area.

T2 Domestic: Virgin and regional arrivals: outside the glass doors near baggage carousel 5.

T3 Domestic: Qantas arrivals: at the foot of the escalators nearest baggage carousel 5.

Melbourne (MEL)

T1 Qantas: For gates 1–12, near baggage carousel 1 by the car rental area.

T3 Virgin: At the bottom of the escalators.

T4 Jetstar/regional: Outside the exit doors after baggage collection.

International: Outside arrival exit A or B, near the Optus and Hudsons stores.

Brisbane (BNE)

Domestic: Near the baggage carousels on the ground-floor arrivals level.

International: Turn left as you enter the public arrivals hall; look near The Coffee Club.

Gold Coast (OOL)

Meet immediately after passing through the glass doors into the public arrivals hall.

Sunshine Coast (MCY)

Outside the terminal near the designated rideshare or passenger pickup area. Confirm the exact location with your driver.

Cairns (CNS)

Domestic and international: Outside the arrivals area. Check the driver's message for the precise meeting location and vehicle information.

Adelaide (ADL)

Domestic: At the bottom of the escalators on the ground-floor arrivals level.

International: In the public arrivals hall, beyond the customs exit.

Hobart (HBA)

Outside the terminal building. Look for your driver's name board and check your booking messages.

Canberra (CBR)

Domestic: At the foot of the escalator near the baggage carousels.
